FOUNDER's Welcome
On behalf of the ODESI Lab, thank you for stopping by to learn more about our organization and what we do. The ODESI Lab is a multidisciplinary research lab that partners with various enterprises and companies across industries, from new startups to nationally recognized for-profits, nonprofits, and government entities. We are a team of 30+ passionate and driven graduate and undergraduate students who aspire leverage our research insights to solve business problems. We provide pro-bono research and consulting work to our partner organizations.

ESTABLISHMENT OF PARTNERSHIP
We begin by forming collaborations with potential partner organizations.
PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION
We meet with organizational members -- from senior executives at the top to middle-level management to individual contributors at the grassroots level of the organization -- to identify organizational challenges that we will work together to tackle.
OUTREACH
We conduct numerous interviews with experts, including executives, scholars, professionals, and policymakers. However, we do not solely focus on voices at the top. We also seek to understand employee perspectives.
DATA COLLECTION
One critical tool we use is survey methodology. We have vast experience with surveying leaders and employees in numerous organizations across a variety of industries.
DATA ANALYSIS
We conduct data analysis using advanced technologies that allow us to evaluate both qualitative and quantitative data.
WRAP UP
We provide executive leadership teams with our analysis and proposed actionable steps that will serve to ultimately improve the organization.
